I am trying to use FaceTime App, when I am calling somebody, my voice doesn't leave from my cell phone, That means nobody hear me. I tried to fix it by all the settings available on the phone, but still I can't find the trouble. My voice is heard normally when I use the i Phone just as a phone. Please help me.

Try a Forced Restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose anything.

That indicates a failure of the microphone at the back of the device. The iPhone is using a different microphone when using FaceTime. Try to use Siri and video recording. Is your microphone working there?
Thanks for your answer. I tested the back microphone recording a video and unhappily it doesn't work, no voice is recorded. Then my question is: Will be possible to change or repair that microphone in some place of Brazil?

Hey sorry for the late answer.
Unfortunaly I can't tell you the best repair options for Brazil. It's simply not my region. From my experience, a repair for a device thats that old doesn't make sense.
