I Have a pop up screen when I try to open safari from "http://thehills.tech" Warning about pop ups - im afraid to hit "ok" to get rid of that pop up

Launch Safari with the Shift key held down. If that doesn’t work, disconnect the computer from the Internet and close the tab producing the popup.
