how do I erase a phone without apple id
My apple id is incorrect and I need to erase the phone so I can reset it. How do I do that?
iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.1
You cannot - you will need to turn off Find iPhone which will need the current Apple ID (incorrect or not)
Reset that first using the links below and then you can erase your phone
