Hi! Try the steps below.

Take a look at this Apple Support article:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204051

Reset your network settings.

Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

  • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
  • Press and hold on the Home button
  • Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

Take a look this Apple Support article: Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.

As a final step, try the recovery mode. Turn your device off, then plug it to your computer with the home button pressed. Keep the Home button pressed until you see the iTunes logo on the screen of your device. After that on your computer you should see the iTunes window saying your device needs to be restored to factory settings. Click on the restore button.

I'm having the same issue. I've lost my WiFi connection after updating to iOS 9.3.1 2 times already this week and had to Re-Join. My router is fully updated and this doesn't happen on an Android tablet I have. Only the iPhone & iPad which are updated to iOS 9.3.1. Now a caveat is that losing my internet connection from the land-line modem triggers this to happen. Still the Android tablet recovered just fine.

I too am having connection issues with WIFI and Bluetooth. At least with the Bluetooth I can get it to work by turning it off on the phone and back on plus manually connecting the phone on my car stereo. I can't get the WIFI to work though unless I reset my U-Verse router. I have reset my phone's network settings, as recommended by Apple support. I have rebooted my phone, also as recommended by Apple support. I also restored my phone and that doesn't work either. What really bothers me is that my phone doesn't connect to WIFI and uses up my data.

I have an iPhone 6 and updated to iOS 9.3.1 before all of this started and I'm regret the decision to do that now! I've had these issues for a few weeks now and would love to know when Apple plans on releasing a new update to fix this? It seems that would be the only solution.

Same problems here. I can't leave the room where my time capsule is situated without losing wi-fi connection on my iphone 6, but I can stream TV on my Roku and Apple TV in the basement (two stories away from the time capsule). I've tried everything suggested but nothing has helped. What gives? I've had an iphone since they were released and never have I had as many bugs and issues with them as I've had recently (my GPS stopped working on my phone months ago - the map function can't locate me even when I'm in the middle of a large city like Seattle). This is getting ridiculous.

Ah - that's interesting - the "current position" indicator that shows where you are on google maps stopped working several upgrades ago on the iPhone 4S as well...

As you say, each iOS upgrade seems to bring more and more bugs and Apple seem to be somewhat overwhelmed by the volume of problems to solve.

If they had a "bugzilla" reporting system a la linux it would make things a lot easier.
