Apple ID hacked

I have an apple ID, it has been hacked by someone. This person tried to log into my account, couldn't find the password and it got blocked. I guess this person tried to send an email to the address then tried to get into the email account linked to the address and also blocked it. I can't access to my.

I tried to get my apple ID and my email account back but I made this apple ID almost 10 years ago and can't remember the answers to the security questions.

It there a way to get this Apple ID back or should I give up ? It's really frustrating because I can see my informations on all my devices (iTunes, iphone 4s, ipods nano & touch) but I can no longer download apps or update them.

If I use a new ID, will it block the apps I dowloaded with my blocked ID ?

Thank you. I completed all these steps but like I said, my primary apple id adress and my rescue email adresse are both hacked and blocked.

I wonder how it is possible to have both mails hacked. Sorry but I see no other solutions than recommended in the article in this case.

When you try too many times to log in with a wrong password, mails are blocked. I don't know how I can explain it and make it more clearer ? Again, I've already completed all these steps but since the hacker also blocked my rescue mail address while trying to get my infos, it's useless. Thanks for your help.
