Q: How can I turn off ACLs in Terminal OSX 10.8

How can I turn off ACLs in Terminal (OSX 10.8.5) for renaming Backup's,

because I have a new "Name" for the internal HDD and cannot Recovery the System from old Backup's with the another "Name" of the int. HDD?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
