I reast my phone and when I insert my ID it say:THIS PHONE IS UNLOCK I Think this problem for idled and my os is 9.1.my English is not good pleas help me .thankd

If you are not the original owner of this device you need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.
