Photos default library

I have moved my Photos libraries to an external hard drive, but PhotoStream no longer is one of my albums. I believe it is because the Photos default library is still set as the Photoslibrary on the internal hard drive. If I designate one of the libraries on the external drive as the default library, will that allow PhotoStream to be available when Photos uses that library? I am reluctant to experiment with it and risk losing access to our photos. I used PowerPhotos to create all the libraries. Thank you.

I designated one of the libraries on my external drive as the system library for Photos, but PhotoStream is still not one of the albums. Also, how did you pull up the Info screen for the auxiliary drive? Also, I don't understand what you mean by 'managed' and 'referenced' library. I left the importing box checked, as in the case you show as 'managed' library. Could you please explain? Thanks.
