If it's not the charger, reset the SMC > Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac
If that doesn't help, take your Mac to Apple Store. Your Mac is covered by a one year limited warranty.
You can make an appointment at a Genius Bar in advance.
If you can't get to an Apple Store, look for an authorized service provider > Apple - Find Locations
