Q: After updating to iOS 9.3.1 my iPhone 6 has No Service
After updating my iPhone to iOS 9.3.1 my iPhone 6 has no service. No issues before or with 9.3. I have Verizon and yesterday I went and got a new SIM card because I thought possibly that was the problem. I reset network settings and reset all settings. Occasionally I can put my phone in airplane mode and I can get service for a short period of time. I have no issues when I'm on Wi-Fi at home. Please help! I've been a loyal Apple customer since the iPhone came out but now I'm starting to have my doubts. Having a phone that you cannot receive phone calls or text or go online with makes it nothing more then a paper weight.

If not, then restoring is the next step.
