Does someone know? If I buy iPad in Canada but live in Denmark, can I service it in Denmark or only in the country of purchase? And if I can't service it in Denmark, is there an option to get a international warranty and how much does it cost?

There isn't an international warranty for iPads - from the Canadian warranty document, http://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/products/ios-warranty-canada-english.html :
Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.
If it's a wifi-only iPad you might be ok and be able to get it serviced in Denmark ; if a cellular model you will probably have to return it to Canada
