Anyone having luck whitelisting webclips using the new 9.3 restrictions?

Using the new restrictions for 9.3, I can successfully whitelist all the apps I want to appear on student iPads, but when I do that, all the webclips we push to the iPads via configuration profiles disappear.

We've tried putting the payload ID and such from the xml of the mobileconfig file, but no luck at all. For example:

<key>PayloadDisplayName</key>

<string>Web Clip</string>

<key>PayloadIdentifier</key>

<string>com.apple.webClip.managed.6CC419DE-12BD-4075-8A75-9B2017DD1F06</string>

<key>PayloadType</key>

<string>com.apple.webClip.managed</string>

<key>PayloadUUID</key>

<string>BD1B52DE-ED6C-4029-9488-3F4262AF227F</string>

<key>PayloadVersion</key>

<real>1</real>

None of those when placed in the Whitelist app bundle ID fields allow the webclip to appear on the iPad.

As soon as we remove the Whitelist restrictions, the webclips appear again, so it's the whitelist that is knocking them out.

I can't find any documentation (as usual) to point me in any direction.

iPad Air, iOS 9.3.1, MDM
