iPhone SE WiFi Can't Connect to Home Router nor School Network

At first, it was working for the phone to connect to my home router and school. Now this morning, it keeps on telling me the WiFi is incorrect for both the home router and at school even though I KNOW for sure that the password is being entered correctly.

I tried:

1) Restarting Modem/Router

2) Reset All Network Settings

3) Forced Restart

4) Changing Router Password

5) Restoring iPhone to 9.3

6) Factory Reset

7) Forgetting and Rejoining Network

8) DNS Server change

All in all, it constantly keeps telling me that the password is incorrect......

Also, I tried joining a friend's hotspot, get an "Unable to Connect/Password is incorrect."
