icloud message: it has been disabled ...

Hi,

I got the following message"iCloud Photo Library has been disabled on all your devices and new photos and videos are no longer uploading to iCloud". it said I have 30 days to down loan all my pictures. Does other people get the same message or i need to check my setting .. Thanks for any help.
