So I cannot even get into recovery mode using Command+R at start up like I stated earlier. Based on the screenshots I have attached, do you think this could be because my boot partition is corrupted or my disk is damaged?
It is possible the HDD is corrupted.
An early 2011 MBP came with Snow Leopard installation disks. Take the OSX disk and try to boot the MBP holding down the C key.
If it boots, after the language selection, there should be on top of the display.
Click on UTILITIES.
From the drop down menu, select DISK UTILITY.
Run DISK UTILITY>FIRST AID.
If the disk cannot be repaired, you will have to replace it.
