iPhone 6 updates to iOS 9.3.1 and now have no available storage despite deleting photos,apps and recently deleted photos. Help!

NO storage after iOS 9.3.1!

Im having the same problem. After updating, all of my music disappeared then when I went to reinstall my music I had no space left??
