Wipe the SSD Macbook Air mid 2013 and try to use internet recovery but fail. Errror log: failed to copy kernel cache

Macbook Air mid 2013 has been wipe.

I try to reinstall the Mac OS X Mountain Lion 10.8 but after download chunk files done suddenly the error appear:

Failed to copy kernelcache.

Please help.. how to recover my macbook.

Restart the computer. Immediately after the chime hold down the Command-Option-R keys until a globe appears. The Utility Menu will appear in from 5-20 minutes. Be patient.

Select Disk Utility from the Utility Menu and click on Continue button.
When Disk Utility loads select the drive (out-dented entry) from the side list.
Click on the Partition tab in Disk Utility's main window. A panel will drop down.
Set the partition scheme to GUID.
Set the Format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.)
Click on the Apply button, then wait for the Done button to activate.
Quit Disk Utility and return to the Utility Menu.
Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.

Thank you for your fast reply but for better result need to clear the nvram by hold down option+command+p+r when boot before i do your steps.

This works for me.
