Hi, I own a Macbook Pro (Retina display), and I am concerned since occasionally there are ants coming out from the trackpad. What is the best solution in getting rid of the ants?

Poison ant bait. Workers take the poison back to feed the queen which destroys the colony. Hope the colony is not inside the MBP.
I would take off the bottom plate off of the MBP and inspect the inside. If it appears that it is infested, take a plastic garbage bag, spray the inside with ant spray and/or insert ant poison. Place the MBP in the bag and seal it. Look at it the next day.
