I understand that you are having an issue connecting to Wi-Fi networks on your iPhone. Let's see if we can get this sorted out.
Where I would start next after the troubleshooting you have already done is reset the network settings. You can do this by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings and then follow the prompts and you will be good to go. Try this and the other troubleshooting options in the article below.

Apr 14, 2016 10:32 PM in response to amyfromcumberlandby mrshuffler2000,hey i have the same problem too, i force restarted my phone and reset network settings and it doesnt work. the only good thing is that if im really close to the wifi it works. so if you solve the problem it would be great to let me know cuz im draining data fast :/
