After installing IOS 9.3.1, I cannot connect to hotmail account. I've tried to retyping the password but it didn't work. None of my contact (from hotmail) are showing up. Can't see my emails.
Any suggestion how to fix it? is this related to the recent update?

i recommend use the app for outlook is amazing...
I beleive it may be a Microsoft update rather than an IOS update. Outlook now requires a minimum 8 character password and a pop up states invalid or incorrect password on some apple devices. Try to log in to Hotmail on the Safari browser now Outlook.com and if incorrect password is returned then select forgot password and follow the required steps. Use the new password on the Hotmail account on the apple device by editing >Settings >Mail, Contacts, Calanders >Hotmail >Account >Incoming Mail Server Password. Or just delete the account and re add an other email account using Hotmail address and the new compliant password. Worked for me anyway. Hope it helps you.
