The article said "The Repair Extension Program applies to Mac Pro models made between Feb. 8, 2015 and April 11, 2015."
As I said in my previous post you should be able to find out when you Mac was manufactured.
In any event make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Oct 4, 2016 6:43 PMby SillyUser007,I have similar issues and Apple Store replaced both graphic cards & power supply, but computer still crashes. Apple telephone support told me it looks like logic board needs to be replaced, which I hope that is the case because it is expensive to replace logic board. Will see what happen when I take my Mac Pro back for repair.
