iPod

Q: my ipod touch will no longer display in itunes

bonjour service was not running put in auto. diagnostics show usb is not recognized in itunes but the usb works

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 9.3.1

- I would start with
Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later
- New cable and different USB port

i ended up removing all itunes & related software & then reinstalled after restarting computer. it is working now
