Q: 4th Gen Apple TV WiFi Bridge.

Can the 4th gen apple TV be used as a wifi bridge? I have a Airport Express doing this and it's sitting right next to my new Apple TV, just want to get rid of the Express if it's not needed.

No. The Apple Tv is not a Wifi router.  It cannot act as a bridge.

 

The AirPort Express is still very much needed.
