iTunes Custom Visualizers

I've created a sound visualizer in Quartz Composer and have tried using it in iTunes, but it doesn't show up on my list of visualizers. I've downloaded another one from the internet, and that one works. I just can't seem to upload my own.

I am using iTunes 12.3.3.17 on a late 2011 Macbook Pro running OS X El Capitan 10.11.4.
