Q: Music not purchased from I-Tunes.

I recently got my very first I-Phone 6S. I had music on my old phone (Blackberry) and on my laptop (Dell) that I purchased from the artists website. Is there anyway to put this music on my new phone?? Or do I have to purchase it all over again through I-tunes?? Thank You!!!

What format is this music in on the computer? Have you installed iTunes on the computer? You will need to it be able to transfer any music to the iPhone from the computer. If the music is in a format supported by iTunes, you can import that music to iTunes and then sync it to the iPhone. See this support document. Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes using USB - Apple Support

While it may address syncing music purchased from iTunes, you can import music you have on the computer, or any CDs that you may have ripped to the computer by using File>Add File to Library commands in iTunes.
