Does Backing up a iPhone Backup Jailbreak Data?

I decided to try to jailbreak my old iPhone 3GS just for the heck of it. But since I couldn't get it to work, I decided to remove the jailbreak data on it. When I make a backup of my iPhone, does it also backup the jailbreaking data? Or just the iPhone stuff?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.6, 8GB, Black

Depending on which jailbreak, it backs up the jailbreak information. You will need to put it in DFU mode and Restore it as a new iPhone to clear the jailbreak. Depending on the 3GS you have you may damage the baseband chipset in doing so.
