Returning faulty RHA S5001 In ear Headphones-ZML
Hi,
I bought both my daughters a set of RHA S5001 In ear Headphones-ZML (HJ4Q2ZM/A) from Apple online as a Christmas present (2016).
Both sets of headphones have developed a fault after very light use so I pop into my local Apple store to exchange them only to be told that I need to contact RHA directly as it is there product!
I think this is disgusting customer service from Apple as if I had bought the headphone from Argos, John Lewis etc...they would have exchanged them no problem.
Has anyone else had this issue?
