Q: Not all Notes Are Showing up on my iPhone 3GS

I sync all my notes on iCloud. And they all appear on my iMac, MacBook, and iPad mini. However, on my iPhone 3GS, only older notes are showing, and none of the new ones. The phone has 1GB of storage left (It's a 8GB model). And like I said, all my notes show up on my other devices. Any ideas?

    Hi Appleboy45,

Thanks for participating in the Apple Support Communities.

I see that you're using Notes on several Mac computers and iOS devices. Have you updated your computers to OS X El Capitan and iPad to iOS 9? If so, the updated version of Notes on these devices wont sync your changes to older OS versions. You can find more information in iCloud: Notes overview:

    Notes on your devices

When you make changes using Notes on iCloud.com, they appear automatically in Notes on your iOS devices and Mac computers that are signed in to the same iCloud account, and vice versa. You can also view your up-to-date iCloud notes in Microsoft Outlook on your Windows computer set up for iCloud.

However, if you upgrade your iCloud account in the Notes app on a device with iOS 9 or later or OS X v10.11 or later:

    • Your notes on those devices and on iCloud.com aren’t kept up to date with notes on any of your devices with iOS 8.4.1 or earlier, OS X v10.10.5 or earlier, or Windows.

    • Your notes are no longer stored in your @icloud email account.

    Best Regards.
