Submitting multiple volumes? I used a copy/duplicate of our 1st book to begin and populate a second volume. How do I avoid problems?

I used a copy of the Portrait template of our 1st 354 page book—Lotte Lehmann & Her Legacy—to begin the second volume, and need to know if we have caused an identity issue. If so what is the remedy.
