i have lost the sound on my iphone s4 .but there is on my headphone . this problem happened lastly when i update my phone .... please help me

If I understand your post correctly you are able to hear sound from the headset plugged in to your iPhone 4s, but not through the speakers. If this is correct then I suggest that you follow through the steps in the link below.
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
