Q: Help upgrading from 10.6.8

Check to make sure your applications are compatible. PowerPC applications are no longer supported after 10.6.

Do a backup before installing, preferable 2 backups on 2 different drives.

Apr 7, 2016 7:57 AMby Lanny,I have an iMac11,2 running version v10.6.8. I want to install Adobe Photoshop but it the minimum system requirements are Mac OS X v10.9, v10.10, or v10.11.
You don't have a choice. It would have to be El Capitan, 10.11.4, as Mavericks and Yosemite are no longer available.
