It is not possible to install native apps directly on Apple Watch. All apps must be installed via (and also left installed on) the paired iPhone.
If you do not wish to use those apps on your iPhone, either:
- Tidy them away in a new folder (drag one app icon on top of another to create a new folder, which be renamed to whatever you like - eg "Watch apps"), or;
- Add them to a new Home screen (drag an app to the right-hand edge of the last Home screen).
Apps are often updated over time, potentially including with bug fixes and new features. For updates to be synced to your watch, the app update must first be installed to your iPhone.
To fully automate the installation of compatible apps to your watch when installing new apps on your iPhone, you may wish to enable Automatic App Install:
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > App Install > turn on Automatic App Install.
