My monthly bill was charges for international roaming SMS to *****.

I'm from malaysia using Digi.

I found out that my monthly bill was charged for SMS roaming to this number ****** for few months.

I've called up Digi to check and the answer given by them was each time i reset my phone or i change the simcard from iphone 5s to iphone 6s plus then the message that prompt out will auto send a message to uk.

the message that prompted out was regarding the FaceTime and iMessage.

I was told that this is set my the Apple company, is that true?

Hi,

How many times it tries to activate (until it gets activated??)

I've switched off iMessage and Facetime. But still, whenever the network goes blank and comes or when Airplane Mode is toggled on/off ,I'm getting charged by the service provider as sms cost.

Why it tries to activate the service, when we have switched off iMessage and Facetime?

Is there a way to disable them permanently?
