i bought a iphone 5s 32 gig from my colleague n i factory reset it but it says sim invalid note its an unlocked phone n i connected to itune it says the phone has been activated to icould account.i cant even ask my colleague to log into his account coz he is deported back to his country so someone plz help me to how to activate my phone thanks

You need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.

Invalid SIM indicates it is not an unlocked phone. It is carrier locked. If it's activation locked, and you can't contact the person you got it from, you may as well recycle it. There is no way to bypass the activation lock. Only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the lock. Apple will not intervene.

Sorry. You own a brick.
