I also have 24 Bonjour Service crashes just prior to itunes crashing:

ERROR: handle_resolve_request bad interfaceIndex 24

The Bonjour crashes are identical short of the index number changing from 1-24

I have uninstalled everything following this guide: Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support with no positive results. I would like to do a full backup of my iPhone but can't because iTunes isn't working. I didn't have this issue prior to updating to this version.

iTunes is primarily a consumer product, although that's no excuse for getting this sort of thing wrong. Evidence from other threads suggests that if you can enter the proxy settings manually iTunes should run OK, otherwise roll back to the previous build using the advice at iTunes installers. Rolling back from 12.3.3 will involve restoring the pre-upgrade library from the Previous iTunes Libraries folder. Anyone with an iPhone SE will need 12.3.3.
