Q: my ipad is completely charged and always turned off and only showes a need to charge symbol, I tried to restar the ipad and doesn't work, what can I do?

Hi, I have a iPad 2 and from a few months ago I have experimenting a few problems.  my iPad it's completely charged 100% and when I'm using it, the ipad turn off and then it is very difficult to turn on, I tried the restart the ipad and its doesn't work neither.  Sometimes turn on by itself and its completely charged, but today its not my case.  what else can I do ?
