Q: HP 6830 not working through wifi
Hi everyone!
I hope someone can help me
I have had my printer a while now and it was installed on my Macbook Air, its still installed on my IMac and my IPad.
Basically whats happened is i have been away for a week so i shut everything off at the power whilst ive been away.
My printer and computers were communicating fine before I went away and now i have come home it is now not working.
I am so frustrated, i have tried to set it back up with the IP address on the printer. I have reset the printer and then set the wifi back up on it.
Still nothing! I am currently with BT and have had no problems with it until now, i really need my printer to work as i am a researcher and i have lots of documents to print off. Some one please help me.

Turns out was to do with BT they had done an update which prevented from all my devices from being visible on the network.
Just needed to turn everything off, turn the router off for 10 seconds, then turn all computers on make sure they connected to wifi then turn the printer on lastly which it all then worked.
