Q: My iPhone 4s will not sync with iTunes.  I ran diagnostics and it shows that no iPhone is connected.  Turned off PC and iPhone and retried.  No joy.  Used a separate cable.  No joy.  Everything worked fine until a couple of weeks ago.  Anyone else experie

My iPhone 4S won't sync.  Have updated iPhone app and Windows 10.  Have iOS version 9.3.1 (13E238)  Available memory is 4.7 GB.  Carrier is AT&T 24.1.  Model # is MD234LL/A. Have turned iPhone and PC off and back on.  Have tried different cables between PC and iPhone.  Started on 23 March 2016.  Any suggestion?
