Yes - but it is meaningless - you know what the size in Photos is but to use them anywhere else it probably will change
If you export them you can set the compression from none (TIFF) to lots (low quality JPEG) so the size in the Photos library is meaningless
as a test I just exported three photos
The unmodified originals are 51 MB
Low quality small JPEGs are only 34 KB
And if you sync them an iPhone likewise - the size on the phone may be much different due to compression and with ICPL optimization

There is not really any way nor is there any need to - what are you trying to accomplish?

Copy a Photos Folder to my iPhone which is running out of storage. So, it would be nice to know if I can add it to my iPhone instead of just trial and error.
I did a work around by copying all the photos in the folder to a folder on my desktop and then using "info" to get the size--too cumbersome!
