Q: unlock my iphone

Hi,

I tried to update the IOS and than my iphone became marked by apple as lost / stolen.

How can I open it ?

Pleasse help.

Apple does not "mark" a phone as lost or stolen.

It requires the Apple ID and password of the previous owner. If you don't have it and cannot get it, then the device is useless to you. Return it for a refund if you can.
