I recovered some pics form an old iPhone 4S, don't remember what iOS it was, and are stored now in my pictures, but I want to move them to my computer and delete them from my iPhone. How could I do that???
Are you saying they are now stored in your camera roll on your 5S?
How did you move those pics from your 4S to your 5S?

That means you synced those pictures to your computer using iTunes.
Keep your photos safely stored and up to date on all your devices - Apple Support
then you would do the opposite of the link I provided, but you would need to use the same computer that you original sync with.
Otherwise the only other option would for you to restore your phone as new to remove the pics

Apr 7, 2016 4:03 PM in response to Yolita88by Phil0124,Its important to determine how they were imported to give you proper instructions.
If you imported them through iTunes, then you need to remove them through iTunes. There's no other way to remove them otherwise.
You'll need to sync an empty folder from iTunes. This will delete any and all Photos synced to the iPhone from a computer through iTunes.

Apr 7, 2016 4:11 PM in response to Yolita88by Phil0124,You can sync with a different computer to remove them, but syncing to a different computer will also remove any music and media files not present in the iTunes library you are syncing with.
So if your music and other media on your iPhone is not available on the new computer, it too will be removed.
