Hi, my macbook pro screen is not clean, i used a lot of cleaning products but those silver colour stuff don't go off the screen, i have no idea what to do, help please

If you look closely, does it look like something is coming off of the screen? You may want to compare your screen to images in this post: My Retina Display has stain damage, HELP!!!. If it looks similar, it may be that the antireflective coating is peeling, and Apple is repairing screens with this issue for free.

Schedule a Genius Bar appointment or go to an AASP if you live nowhere near an Apple Store. As long as your computer is otherwise in working condition, they should replace your screen with no charge.
