When I enter my Apple ID and password on the main Manage my Apple ID page the box just goes white and does nothing. My password is correct.
I am going to the Manage page because I have not been able to redeem software I purchased in the Apple store. When I enter the code it says I should create three security questions and then another login box comes down from the top of the screen. When I enter my password in there it goes back up and then comes back down a few seconds later. If I do type my password incorrectly it tells me so, but when I type it correctly it just keeps cycling up and down.
I do have an older machine here running 10.6.8 and I am trying to get the 10.7 I purchased. I have applied the extra security update for 10.6.8 that was hanging me up previously. Every step of the way this Mac experience has been a frustration.
