Apr 11, 2016 8:38 AM in response to sbermanby oswaltk,Nope All is set up this way. And this issue I'm having is ONLY for messages that I am trying to send to Androids from my Mac. I don't think this topic really covers what I'm looking for, but thank you!

As the only reason that your Mac can send messages to Android phones is because of Continuity, the topic does apply.
Go to Settings>Messages>Text Message Forwarding and make sure your Mac is selected. Make sure that both devices are on the same WiFi network.

Apr 11, 2016 10:31 AM in response to Meg St._Clairby oswaltk,Yes, and yes. My texts are being forwarded. It's only the Android messages that are not coming through or being sent. Everything else forwards just fine, as they always have.

Apr 11, 2016 10:39 AM in response to oswaltkby Meg St._Clair,There is really no such thing as "Android messages". There are two kinds of messages: SMS and iMessage. On your phone, the SMS messages are in green. They go between your phone and anyone not using iMessage. Only phones are directly capable of SMS. iMessages are an Apple proprietary system. On the iPhone they are shown in blue. Whether or not an iPhone uses iMessages depends on whether the iPhone is logged into iMessage and whether it has an active data connection. Your Mac can use iMessages. It does not require Continuity to work. It merely has to be logged into the same Apple ID as your phone to get the same messages. So, no, it sounds as if messages are not being forwarded.
If your computer is not receiving SMS messages, it's because something has gone wrong with Continuity. I'd try turning off your Mac in Settings>Messages>Test Forwarding, then turning it back on. Also, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices.
