Does it "pop up" in iTunes? What does the error message say, exactly? '
Edit: Also, do you use a Mac or Windows PC? If Windows, what version?

Apr 7, 2016 6:40 PM in response to Kenichi Watanabeby Danimal917,Windows 10. It is not showing up in Itunes only on my home screen. As soon as I go to click on it I'll get the "device not recognized" fault. I've tried to do a reinstall and went into the lockdown in program files but nothing. I see where I might have to remove Itunes and all related files. I'm going to try that now and reinstall from scratch. Thanks, Dan
