Pandora crashes immediately after opening

Hello

I have an older ipad running IOS 9.3.1. Recently I had been using pandora without issues. Now, it crashes as soon as I open it.

I have uninstalled it, and reinstalled. Rebooted. Tested other apps - all which work fine. Not sure what the cause/fix is

Please help.

I have this same issue on my iPhone, however, the above suggestion did not fix my issue. Apple customer support has logged this problem. I'm open to other suggestions. i've rebooted the iPhone, deleted the Pandora app already to no avail.

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings then restart your iPad and try Pandora.

* no data is lost due to a reset
