Q: Can't attach photos to text or email after 9.3.1

Hello,

Since I upgraded my iPhone 6 to 9.3.1, when I go to attach a photo to a text, my photo library pop up is only showing 1 photo I can attach??? But if I go to my library all of the photos are there, but I can't attach any of them. I can't copy and paste them either.

Any one else? Or can anyone direct me on how to fix this or go about contacting Apple?
