Hi ,I bought an Iphone 5 from a friend of mine and when I recieved it , it had an activation lock on it . I kept trying to contact the original owner but never got areply and when I asked for a refund I still didnt get a reply. If anyone knows where I can go to get it unlocked please let me know HELP PLEASE

It seems that you may have an unusable phone. If your friend cannot secure the original owner's help, you are lost. Only the original owner can unlock the activation.

Your only claim for a refund is on the person to whom you actually gave the money to ... whether or not they eventually passed it on elsewhere.
