Couldn't Setup Apply TV to my Sony Bravia TV

Hello All,

I am unable to setup my Apple TV 4th generation device with my Sony Bravia TV.

After setting up my wifi connection with the Apple TV, the device prompted me to enter the iTunes ID, password and followed by the verification code that I received on my another Apple device (iPhone 4S).

Even after providing all the details, the set up is failed. I am getting an error message as "either your iTunes ID or password is incorrect".

Please advice me to solve this issue.

that would have nothing to do with your type of tv, could be a network issue though try putting in the wifi setting manually

the only times your tv is the issue is when you get no image on it

Others have reported issues with Apple's Two step or Two factor verification enabled on their iTunes account.

Turning it off until the ATV is setup is a work around.

How many digits did the verification code contain?

6 and it is Two factor
