How to sync in all my memory into my 50 g/b iCloud?

im having trouble with my phone if you can help me out i would like that very much. I should have a lot of space Left on my phone. My phone is originally 16 gb so ii have I have the 50 gb on iCloud and says I have 43.6 gb left. And from my storage says i have used 11.4 gb. And have 36.8 avaible. I don't understand I need you supporters to help me please please and thank you!!!
